Highlights from this episode include:
- WP Elevation Tip of the Week: Use your customer’s language to communicate your proposal back to them. If you ask your prospective client the right questions about what it is they’re expecting to achieve with a new website, then use their language in your proposal back to them. It goes a long way in encouraging your prospect that you understand and you empathize with their challenges and therefore you are automatically credited with having the answers and solutions to their challenges.
Ruben suggested I interview Rob Walling. Rob, keep your eyes on your inbox.
