If you ask your prospective client the right questions about what it is they’re expecting to achieve with a new website, then use their language in your proposal back to them. It goes a long way in encouraging your prospect that you understand and you empathize with their challenges and therefore you are automatically credited with having the answers and solutions to their challenges.
