Number 59: Celebrate. Once a website goes live and you've launched a website, send your clients some champagne and chocolate. Yep, we actually do this. We send our clients good quality champagne and good quality chocolates. Make sure they're not cheap. The last thing you want to do is give your clients food poisoning or a bad hangover.
So, celebrate; give them good quality champagne and chocolate. It's the little things. It's just a way of you showing you care about their business and that you are congratulating them on launching their website, and you wish them all the best. “It's been a pleasure to work with you, and just thought we'd send you this little token of our appreciation, and congratulations on launching the site, all the best.”
